I started Adá as a supper club in 2020 on a mission to give Black chefs the respect and admiration they deserve.
Black perspectives are often ignored or discounted across the board, and the food industry is no exception. Adá is here to spotlight the stories these talented individuals are telling through their food.
We focus on the people, foods and traditions that are often excluded from the culinary conversation – specifically, those from Africa and her diaspora.
Food is fuel. It is comfort. And it is joy. Come celebrate with us!
