Andeshia “Chef Catore” Grant is the Owner of “Taste of Catore, LLC”. Born in Queens, NY, and raised in NC and NJ, as a product of the foster care system, she never felt connected to any state she lived. Chef Catore currently lives between Brooklyn, NY and Buford, GA. Chef Catore identifies as a traveling chef, and enjoys not being boxed into any set cuisine. French-trained but raised on Soul & Latin American food, Chef Catore embraces various styles of curating into her menus. Chef Catore is not only a Certified Nutritional Coach, attaining both her Serve Safe and NYS Food handler license; Chef Catore is also an honorable MWBE and member of Women Chef Restaurateurs (WCR) and DOE Certified. She truly enjoys working with all populations and cultures, as she feels every new venture broadens her capabilities in and out of the kitchen. Chef Catore also attributes her success in business to her first career in social services, to which she climbed up the ladder from 2006-2016.
Bryce Radick
Bryce Radick is an e-commerce professional in the realm of customer experience and retention marketing. With a strong background in cultivating customer loyalty and engagement, Bryce has made significant contributions to prominent brands. Bryce started his professional journey at Care/of, a leading direct-to-consumer wellness company. There, he honed his expertise in customer experience, leveraging his keen understanding of consumer needs to enhance the overall journey. During his time at Care/of, Bryce transitioned to the role of Retention Marketing, where he devised and executed strategies that fostered long-term customer loyalty and drove revenue growth. With a wealth of experience under his belt, Bryce sought new challenges and opportunities, leading him to his current position as a Retention Lead at Caraway. Caraway, a rapidly expanding company in the cookware space, has benefited greatly from Bryce’s expertise in designing and implementing retention initiatives. By employing data-driven approaches and cultivating personalized experiences, Bryce has played a pivotal role in strengthening Caraway’s repurchase rate.

Nkem Oghedo is the founder of Adá, a marketplace that helps companies celebrate diversity authentically with team events hosted by Black chefs. Previously, she worked in management consulting and served as the Chief of Staff of wellness startup, Care/of. Her professional mission is to create equitable economies in which Black communities thrive. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School
