Professionally trained chefs and college friends, Angelique Kingston and Christina Perotte are the founders of Thymeless Catering. Molded by their Haitian and Guyanese upbringing, they use food to showcase the depths and reach of Caribbean cuisine. By fusing their culinary training and world travels with engrained traditions from their Caribbean heritage, they aim to deliver an experience that we keep our clientele coming back thyme after thyme.
